its not mina’s fault, its not enhypen’s fault, its those people who harassed her during the live. for me, they need to be reported, have their account deleted and face charges. we need to stop bullying and harassment all together.
rip to mina 🤍🕊️and f*ck those who harass.
hi,
first and foremost, may Mina rest in peace. my deepest condolences to her family, friends, and everyone who loved her. may she be remembered with kindness. 🕊️
now... what is wrong with some of you?
you're bullying someone over k-pop. k-pop!?
she apologized. she closed her account. that should've been the end of it. instead, some people kept harassing her. if the reports about what happened are true, this is a heartbreaking reminder that words have consequences. she even went live in visible distress, yet some people still chose to mock her, dismiss her, or claim she was "faking it." have we really lost that much humanity?
i've also seen people trying to blame ni-ki simply because he expressed his frustration. i can completely understand where he's coming from. it may not have been the first time, and it could've been his breaking point. but he never told anyone to harass or threaten anyone. an idol expressing their feelings is not an invitation for people to send hate to someone else.
yesterday I was upset about what happened to heeseung. today I woke up to this. honestly... what has this fandom become?
every single day it's:
"Why are you dropping tags?"
"Why aren't you dropping tags?"
"Why are you boycotting?"
"Why aren't you boycotting?"
"You shouldn't say this."
"You shouldn't do that."
"Don't do this."
"Don't do that."
"Oh you posted this, this is wrong."
and then the worst of it all:
"Go kill yourself."
who do you think you are to tell another human being to die?
you don't know what someone is carrying behind the screen. one cruel comment might be "just another tweet" to you, but it could be the final straw for someone else.
if you can't disagree without dehumanizing someone, log off. k-pop should never cost a human life. no idol, no fan, no opinion is worth pushing another person toward despair.
please, choose humanity before your ego. (or seek help)
I saw people blaming Engenes for what happened to Mina. But I also saw people blaming ENHYPEN.
All of you need to get your shit together. The people who should be held responsible are the ones who sent her hateful messages and bullied her. We don't know who they were for sure.
Don't you see where all of this is leading? We need to stop fighting and hurting each other. One side blames the other, then the other side blames them back, and it just keeps going.
What happened should be a lesson to all of us. Words have power. Before posting something online, ask yourself: how can you be so sure that what you write won't become the thing that pushes someone over the edge? For someone already struggling, your words could be the final trigger.
