as for me, i’ll just find my own way to still celebrate enhypen as 7—and while supporting the remaining 6 in the group and heeseung in his solo as well. there’s rlly no way out guys. sure u have ur own bias in enha but it’s impossible to not care abt the rest of the members too.
@evxnlystokki the age thing is so stupid 😭 bram stoker was 50 when he wrote dracula. it was a metaphor for good v evil, death and immortality, sexuality and desire.. the same way enha uses vampirism to explore themes that are very relatable to young people - identity, self acceptance,
👤: you can start promoting what you came to promote.
🐧: we're not promoting anything at the moment..
👤: then why are you here ?
🐧: just .. to tell our fans we're still alive.
normalize sending sunghoon to variety shows. 😭
honestly. my thoughts are… heeseung didn’t want to be in something that was holding him back from being the artist he knew that he could be. releasing and making his own music is something that he’s talked about for years now. and that company wasn’t going to let him take the time to release and promote his music while still being in the group. so he chose to leave so he can be the artist he’s always dreamed of being.
enha have constantly been on tour and having exhausting schedules since 2022 and that’s exhausting and gives no time to be able to work and promote his music. but that doesn’t change the fact that he loved enhypen and loved being in enhypen, he dedicated his entire life to being in the group and always put the group first the past 5+ years. it was something he was proud of and that he loved so so much. nothing you say can change that.
people have different career goals for themselves and heeseung didn’t see himself being in a group for his whole life. that doesn’t make him selfish and that doesn’t make him a traitor, it just means he chose himself and his music and that’s okay. we should be proud that he believes in his music so much that he was able to choose that path for himself. instead of constantly chastising him, understand that this was also a difficult decision for him to make and he now has to deal with all of this alone instead of being able to lean on people. it’s hard for him too, all of this is new to him too. just because he made a tough decision, it doesn’t make him the villain.
and i hope nobody blames ENHYPEN for moving on, and moving forward anymore. dont blame them for choosing themselves and the team they love the absolute most.
jungwon is so brave for admitting that enhypen weren't very close in the beginning and how their bond has evolved especially when you know what kpop stans say about them constantly
if jungwon's words and honesty makes you uncomfortable, then maybe you take that as a sign that you are no longer their fan. because from the start, we know how he values ENHYPEN more than anything.
saying jungwon isn’t ambitious because he doesn’t want to go solo??? his ambitions lie with the group which is exactly why they’ve got to where they are today with jungwon as the leader! he has poured his heart and soul into the group and if that’s not ambition then idk what is
Lee Youngji posted about #JUNGWON on her Instagram story!
“Couldn’t upload it yesterday due to a filming issue, but Mr. Yang Jungwon, who appeared on No Prepare, may you earn 10 billion won.”
In Korean culture, this is a way of wishing someone great success and prosperity 🥹
