@minopapi1 Rules say suspension of 1-2 years for team responsibility, not 3 months. Sinner is apparently “special.” I read the rules. Head of ATP needs to be replaced.
@jmgmoron They had Sinner really high to win RG and he lost in the second round. It’s a little early to predict US Open. It’s not even assured he will play.
@Olly_Tennis_@BarclayCard18 Good for him. Do they start Sinner interviews by asking him about his abbreviated doping ban? That’s at least related to tennis and there were 2 positive tests to prove it. Rules say he’s out 1-2 years as he’s responsible for his staff/the banned substance.
@DTLTennisBets So he tries and after 5 minutes he has to retire. Fans will not get their tickets refunded yet only get 5 minutes of Arnaldi standing there. Tell me how that is better than him knowing he can’t play and withdrawing ahead of time.
@tennisweeklypod Did RG require him to come, be checked out and do the presser? I’m sure since they had to refund tickets, they/their insurance company had some requirements. Would you want to face the press in that situation?
@Zack_Pearson Bears brought it all on themselves. Why buy property before you have assurances? Why be so greedy and want to own a whole complex with hotels, restaurants, etc? Their only interest is raising the sale price.
@MicheleSteele@chicagobars This 100%. They never should have bought the land without all the pieces lined up. There was several months before closing; they had time.
@thewoffword But he did win it. They showed Hawkeye on TV and the ball was out. Sets should be tied at 2 and they should still be playing. Fonseca’s victory will always have an * in my mind (through no fault of his own.)
