I hope everyone is getting out there and staying active with this beautiful weather(while still social distancing). Just remember Foley is a private field and can’t be used for the general public so try to use public parks/fields. Continue to adhere to guidelines and stay safe!

Here are some things we can do to prepare while still practicing social distancing:
-Make sure we know the rule changes(watch videos online explaining the rules)
-throw a ball around, ground balls, cradle with both hands in the backyard
-make sure your in lacrosse season shape

I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy during this time. As many of you may know, we will have a modified season starting May 4th. Although situation can change daily, let’s focus on being prepared for the upcoming season.

Here is an update on the status of @MIAA033 spring sports per the Board of Directors. Be well.

Due to the corona virus, the spring sports start date has been postponed from Monday March 16 to Monday March 30. Games won’t begin until at least April 9th. So the game schedule we have will change.I will keep you updated if anything changes.

Don’t forget today’s the day for some pizza and kickball at Foley at 4. Uniforms must be returned today. If you can’t make it, please give your uniform to a teammate that can make it.

Great way to finish the season off with a win. One of the best JV teams this program has seen thus far. Y’all make me excited for what’s in store for Woo Lax. I hope you ladies enjoyed the season as much as I did.
