According to @knuhq, KaLaYa 9 under SAC had indiscriminately fired 3 mortars and they had damaged 2 houses and 1 school in #Thahton's lower Naungkatote village on Feb 24. On the same date, KaLaYa 8 also unprovokedly fired 4 mortars at near-by villages.
