@majesutikku @Mugy_mugimugi2 @akipide0728 学部（修士）卒業のことです。大学は女性研究者を求めているのに、女子枠で入学させて結局企業にいくなら何がしたいのかという意味です。博士は大学の話なので大学（国）が支援することです。
やってないからやらなくていいは違いませんか？やってなかったから今徐々にやっているのでは。

むしろ色々な職業で性差を少なくする動きがあるかと。そもそも理工系の男女比が問題ないというご意見なら、お互い違う話をしているかもしれません。

という話。欧州諸国では博士を雇用という形で扱っていることもある。博士と育児を両立できるような支援を整えるなどの根本解決がまず必要。その後仮にロールモデルのためにしばらく女子枠を設けるとしても、本来合格する実力であったと判断できるような形式にすべきで、一般より簡単な問題等は論外。

京大理学部の進路は多くは博士だが、ストレートにいっても、２５，６で新卒、３０前後まで研修生みたいなもの。学生だから休学として奨学金の停止、ポスドクは育休あっても一般企業に比べると乏しかったり。少なくとも３０歳前後まで出産に不安を抱くようなキャリアを望む女性がどれだけいるのか？↓

京大理学部は進路の多くは博士ですが、出産などを考えると、女性が進むにはあまりにも苦しく、諦める女子の存在は意外と多いことは当事者だから知っていて。私も何が正解だろうと考えているところです。
