@dbirch214 Went on for days - spent as many days unblocking choked drainage.
Still think it will be a seriously cold Winter - badgers getting desperate already, digging holes everywhere looking for worms. Buzzards out hunting small birds in the mist/rain!
@theanimalmummy@MadsMcKeever Sorry N - been attempting to sort out ploughing on a seriously poor field.
Does indeed look like White Lotus - let me know how the taste test goes. I am trying Granny Cantrell this year and Paul Robeson...
@stuartfreeman13 Didn't know there were "rules" - I know Canadians cannot visit their allotments at all. Feel really fortunate here not to have any restrictions - 2 hrs is tough.. wonder if the Romanians will have that restriction in the fields.
@dbirch214 Simple answer - people no longer like to "get their hands dirty" - doing a manual task that does not involve a keyboard, pouring coffee etc. I wonder where the vegetarians have all gone...
@dbirch214 Slowly going round the bend - shite winter - wind and seeming constant rain... some sun would seriously help spirits in the lambing run up - not that odd fleeting spell we seem to be getting - I am blaming Marco's little dogs.
@Englishomestead @chardyemm Indeed - you'd need to bolt 2 pieces together for rabbit wire - good tip. I'll be honest - I struggled to use the "proper" tool...
@chardyemm @Englishomestead Or - slide a post through the end strip of fencing, tie that post to rear of landrover, slowly drive forward - perfectly stretched wire... also a lot less swearing.
Heaven help us all. Hudson in the 2nd interview - anyone think THIS will happen here in the UK.
Brilliant @Renegade_Inc as always - to the point, sickening though it is - the banks and 1% win again.
