@dklineii Managers who can see ahead of time on how you will act and discuss openly with you to grow your thought process are incredible.
Direct feedback is great, if its always after the fact, and delivered in same style. Then over time your behaviour towards this feedback will change.
@stefanjobe_@thejustinwelsh@smoot_fit@AlexHormozi It's all about trust. If a doer is trusted and trusting then they will make the right choices.
Ensure the people are the right fit for the culture of the workplace rather than creating an environment where people are inaccessible.
@wearetherace Prize money distribution will be on factor to discuss and whether there is a benefit to the lower teams for the change in points paying positions.
Personally I prefer up to 15th position with points.
@polak_jasper Allowing someone to be prepared for feedback also improves the connection between the giver and receiver. It seems many take offence to off the cuff feedback but if prepped that feedback will be given their response is totally different.
@PencilTrading One game changer for me. Was finding someone else who pushes you harder than ever. Basically find someone better than yourself. It helps humility which helps trading. That works for me.
@PencilTrading Definitely agree here. I'm at the stage where I simplify it down to "did you do what was required of you at that moment" then I look at my personal state to understand head space. And go from there.
@SteveTimoney Their overwhelming enthusiasm for their business ideas ends up with a lottery like mentality as they chase the holy grail instead of embracing the grind.
@PencilTrading That's right. I trade a 5k account on CFD, last FY was 890 trades turnover $51,560,058 for a loss of $770. I'm about to start year #3 and I've finally broken through that phase of watching/stressing over positions. Now it's just about the damn trade and nothing else.
@BrianPCronin@GregDuncan_ Thanks Brian. How did you get to that point where you know 5 losses means you've lost your alignment with the market or lost your edge ?
