@NYSenatorRivera I too am upset about this affair. The ICE agent should have been able to take out the violent illegal with a round or two at most. The most important takeaway for me is that ICE needs to work on the marksmanship skills of some of their agents.

On Oct. 2, ICE Boston arrested Miguel Francisco-Flores, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, during targeted operations in Marlborough, Mass.

His criminal history includes arrest for assault and battery on a family/household member.
