Dino dancing with a female dancer got y’all acting like you were personally cheated on 😭 babe he’s an artist doing his job, not your boyfriend. GET A GRIP
seventeen literally living in their own precious bubble bc kpop could be in absolute shambles but for them, they’ll always have each other and are lovingly obsessed together
it’s so funny how every fandom agrees except one. I got into K-pop for KOREAN pop not songs engineered to survive 15 seconds on TikTok.
“kpop has always been inspired by American pop” NO IT DIDN’T. y’all better open the J-pop archives
SEVENTEEN’s Vernon on how K-pop is now becoming more like American pop:
— “I feel like K-pop sounds more and more like American pop instead of K-pop. I think a lot of people talk about that too. It makes me want to go back to the 2000s and early 2010s, when I was in elementary school, with Wonder Girls, BIGBANG, and 2NE1. I think it’s because K-pop producers always try to bring American sounds into K-pop and make them their own.”
Anyone from oldgen kpop knows exactly what vernon is saying, and have been saying it for YEARS. People mad at him are just upset to hear it directly from an idols mouth.
Vernon on Kpop
🐻❄️: I feel like Kpop sounds more and more like American pop instead of Kpop and i think a lot of people talk about that too so it makes me want to go back to like the 2000s or the early 2010s like when i was in elementary school like wonder girls, or big bang or 2NE1, all that.
I think it’s because kpop producers always try to bring American sounds to kpop and make it their own thing and i think right now they got to the point where they’re too good. You can’t differentiate between Kpop and Pop, i mean you can but the gap has become more and more thin.
