@ScotRail LUDICROUS setup at the exhibition ctr stn after coming out of a gig. I COULD have made my train home from central to Muirend IF NOT for the q-ing nonsense why?! Now missed that and will have to get a bus from city centre - I think a refund is in order!

@ScotRail Well frankly I don’t think that’s good enough. There was no forewarning when arriving that you have this system now (not my first gig here) I think you can trust passengers to behave reasonably without being policed in this way.

@networkrail York-Edinburgh today, overcrowded sorta unavoidable BUT inexcusable was people PILING onto the train at Edinburgh BEFORE we had got off! Esp elderly/disabled passengers Staff shoulda said stay back till train empty, in fact under circs they shoulda been kept off platform.

@BankofScotland Phoned prob almost 20 times & got NOWHERE! You may not have access to accounts you certainly have access to someone more senior who can actually resolve this THEY can contact me by phone which I can dm you. So disorganised over 20 calls & now 3 sm agents 🙄
