Beneath moonlit skies,

Serenity found,

Thoughts in My Head

Thoughts swirling in my head,
Words tumbling, unsaid,
I try to capture them all,
In columns, tall and small
I don't know where they come from
Or where they'll go when done
But I write them down, all the same,
In hopes to give them a name
I scribble and I scrawl,
Trying to make sense of it all,
The columns grow and grow,
But I'll never let them go,
For they are a part of me
And I'll keep them, endlessly.
