Stress can snowball and make you feel ill. Weโre adding 1 more task onto your to-do list, but donโt panic! This is a nice quick one:
- Go and sit outside
- What can you see?
- What can you smell?
- And finally, what can you hear?
- Take 5 deep breaths in and out
- Be present

Yesterday was MHFA โhomeworkโ day! To focus on their own wellbeing but to try something new ๐
It was great seeing the group explore other options and how they felt as a result. It also highlighted how we are all different and we all have different wellbeing needs too
