@CIBC you needed to update my business account information (I did not see a request) and in your arrogance you froze my account until I had to figure out why and then call and provide the info. While the account was frozen, deposits didn't go through and bills didn't get paid.

How to lose a customer. I pay my #Costco #Mastercard bill every month in time but because I had made some prepayments I mistakenly underpaid last month by $1000 and they charged me $250 interest. On the phone they seemed pleased to tell me they base the interest on the total.
