Both election dates have been announced. N26 Operations Works Council Election will be on 9-10 November, and N26 GmbH votes on the 30th of November and the 1st of December.

UPDATE: Someone has called the police to check the safety measures of the meeting. They found no issue and have left the premises.

@jwildeboer Unfortunately Management has put a lot of pressure on employees, when this should have been a simple process. We have recieved countless messages from fellow colleagues of support but also that they are scared of retribution.

N26 has filed another restraining order to prevent today's Electoral Board Selection for N26 GmbH, this time against the union ver.di. As such, IG Metall has stepped in to chair today's meeting. It will take place at the same venue, with the time delayed so people can make it.

The signatories of the Electoral Board Selection invitation will comply with the court injunction, and not hold the meeting. Consequently, ver.di has volunteered to chair the meeting instead. It will happen at the same time and place as originally planned.

N26 has filed a restraining order against the Employees who initiated the Works Council process, to stop the Electoral Board Selection meeting from happening this friday. More to follow.

Management, after failing to convince the initiators to cancel the Electoral Board selection in favour of an unproposed alternative, is now pressuring for cancelling due to health concerns. The meetings were planned carefully to be compliant with Berlin Health and Safety rules.
