Bank push unsolicited & unwanted advice through apps. Misusing the app although complained in the past & stopped it but always start msg after a few months @RBI isn't there any way to close the account online just as you allow it to open?
@ViCustomerCare I have been observing for the last one week that connection goes on and off although following all necessary instructions. If I found that it's the trick being used to make customers switch it to 5G then I will move to another service provider.

Why are you harassing me by making an automated outbound voice phone calls continuously on my DNC number even after replying politely to your sales person? Are you promoting fraud from your company or through other sources?

Why the outsider vendors keep coming on top of IRCTC in trains to sell and disturbing all the time Iin AC coaches? Why there is no rules for any vendors not entering the running or stopped train ?

What kind a train is it that runs delay on every stations. I boarded on Ahmedabad which arrived by 2.58 late. It's about 50 minutes and still @ Ahmd. It's over 3 hours late. Although I have boarded on train, deserve to get refund for can't catch connecting train.

Why there is no stop push marketing notification button on your mobile app? I sent the email to given id for a week and also commented on your app but no reply?That is why one of the reasons crypto booms. Hell with banks and centalized money.

First push notifications, then pop up msgs with the same reply on sep, 13, 24 as follows:
"We have added the user ID in DND (Do Not Disturb) list service which will suppress the campaign popups for the user."
Bank does what they Will.

This is how bank manipulates the app showing the adds compulsory, whether or not customer wants to see, with no customer feature/preference option available on app for customer but to see the ads. Is this what the app is meant for????
