A quick white balance in an editing app may do the trick, or use a camera app like FilmicPro to record that allows you to white balance manually.
there's confusion about commercial slates for self tapes: close/chest up smile & say your full name (no agent/stats/role/location, unless requested). full body shot (smile/say nothing). THAT'S IT. no need to show profiles/hands or slate before each take, unless requested.
Hey #Actors! You do NOT have to list your hair and eye color on your resume. This is left over from when headshots were black and white and we couldn't see the actual color of your hair and eyes! Leave room for more credits :)
