@923_jobs Q3. (B) For me, I was in a client facing role. Now I do a very similar role on a freelance and remote basis and it's not an issue! Honestly, clients don't need you 24/7 for 24 hours a day. #923chat

@923_jobs I know! I do try to keep positive and I'm lucky to be able to work freelance, but it's very frustrating! Even this week, I was recommended for a role and HR came back and said that my hours wouldn't be an option 🙄

@923_jobs I work 3-4 days over 5: Mondays and Fridays I can work until around 2:30, Tues, Wed and Thurs until 5. I thought that would be good enough to find a flexible position! Now I work freelance to fit in those hours. (thanks) #923chat
