Last week ended with exciting announcements. One of them being our Q1 quarterly donation recipient. This well-deserving Alabama-based non-profit works on providing legal representation to prisoners who may have been wrongfully convicted of crimes or who were denied a fair trial.
Our self-managing teams have been striving to hit company-wide goals and have been crushing client revenue records. We were super excited to announce that two new benefits have become recent additions. We now offer tuition reimbursement and charitable donation matching programs!

We decided in September 2020 to be a permanently remote company. This has provided so many silver linings for us as a company. We've been able to expand our candidate pool to the entire United States and see some of our clients for the first time using Zoom.
Our meetings have a distinct purpose and our 10,000 Feet Meeting asks us to take a step back and think big picture during a high-level discussion. All teams meet to re-evaluate where they are in terms of hitting client goals, any roadblocks, and how to exceed the original goal.

Each quarter we donate a portion of our profit to a charity nominated and selected by our staff. Our Q4 2020 donation was to a wonderful local charity that focuses on relieving some of the financial and emotional difficulties that come with childhood cancer.
