Single biggest change in last 6 months is that Bakkt is now 'Founder-Led' with @Akshay_Naheta owing 20%+ of the company. Focused execution will lead to revenue growth and margin expansion. Need to control dilution. Meets my criteria of 100 bagger.

@CrusadeInvest There are many funds including the most recent investor that took $48m stake (Alyeska). Nine names here have another 6.5m shares

@CrusadeInvest I want ICE to acquire more shares from market to bring thier stake closer to 26%. That will cause havoc in the price. If ICE believes in the managemet team and execution, it is not a big deal (8% of $500m is about $40M investment).

@CrusadeInvest @mikealfred @LucasAnglavar It's Bakkt. He engaged on my tweet from earlier today where I indicated it was Bakkt based on volume foot print. Only question is how many shares did he buy? My guess between 100 and 200k

@mikealfred For what its worth, Bakkt is my single largest investment with 150K+ shares (more than many investors and management who bought it from market). I am going to hold this to 20x my cost basis or 5 years, whichever comes first.

@Akshay_Naheta @Bakkt I appreciate the work behind the scenes and KPIs. I again encourage you to focus on a few but important things for next 6 months to gain traction. Once you have momentum in one area, it will translate to other areas. I worry the lack of results are due to diluted efforts across
