Even after waiting for 2 more days myntra keeps delaying the waiting time, that's it. Firstly it told to wait till 13 sep and now 24 hours more... totally rubbish and unexpected from @myntra @MyntraSupport

@MyntraSupport got a call from the customer support team they denied my claim of receiving the wrong product, even though I actually did.After waiting so long, this response is unacceptable and shows how poorly the situation was handled. I’m seriously upset and taking this to the consumer court

@MyntraSupport @myntra I’ve waited 15 days for a response on the wrong product I received. It’s not just about the money but about the deal & the way customers are treated. Continuous delays leave no choice but to move this to Consumer Code. @MyntraSupport @jagograhakjago

@MyntraSupport Rubbish I had initiated the concern on 29th Aug and since then myntra has been only extending the resolution time day by day but not providing any proper decision. Worst , I've been a prominent customer of myntra that's how they treat.@MyntraSupport @myntra

Ordered Shozie Women Black Woven Flats from Myntra but received a different color & size instead. Initiated the return more than a week ago, but it’s still “Return in process” with no updates from the team. Please look into this and resolve it ASAP! @myntra @MyntraSupport
