November 25 marks International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women and Girls. 2021 has been a horrific year for victims of abuse. Today we remember all those lives of women and girls that have been lost due to abuse and violence.

We train ALL organisations and employees at ANY level in how to spot Domestic Abuse warning signs from their co-workers who could be experiencing it. We provide in depth consultations to help organisations create their very own internal Domestic Abuse policy. #WorkplaceSafespace
It's unacceptable that so many cases of abuse slip under the radar.
It's shameful that Domestic Abuse is still a taboo subject for most people.
It's shocking that in 2021 Domestic Abuse still exists π
We must all do our bit to raise awareness and support survivors of this.
Poetry & Flash Fiction Call For Submissions π
We are collecting everyone's submissions to feature on our website to honour this day. All submissions should be based on the theme 'violence against women and girls: enough is enough' and should be sent in by November 25th.
Thank you to Rowan for providing us with some lovely feedback, it's great to hear that you have learnt so much and that you'll be able to use all of the resources provided. Domestic Abuse is everybody's business and well all must do our bit to prevent and tackle it from happening
The Workplace Safespace project will be taking a break on 31st October BUT we are delighted to announce that we will be back in the new year for 3 more cohorts! More details to follow. If you are interested in signing up, please email [email protected]. β
Sexual harassment should not be tolerated β
No means no.
It's shocking to learn that 37% of people say they have experienced harassment at work or in a place of study. These are places where people should feel safe.

#MythBustingMonday
We are constantly told that it's 'normal' for partners to regularly check their partners social media accounts, under the guise of 'trust'. This is a myth. You do NOT need to give your social media passwords to your partner, this is NOT a healthy relationship.
As our project draws to a close, we've been reflecting on what graduates of our training programme have to say. We're SO pleased that SO many people have learnt SO much. If everyone took the time to become just a little more #DomesticAbuseAware, the world would be a better place
It could just be knowing that you work in an organisation that recognises #DA & is willing to help you. π
It could be links to resources that go out in a monthly online newsletter.π»
It could be a dedicated space in a work building, where people can access workplace supportποΈ
It's a shocking truth that 67% of people who have been harassed whilst working or studying have never reported it. We all must play our part and defend those who are being harassed while trying to work or study.

See what one of our most recent Workplace Safespace graduates have to say about our training. We love to hear feedback from everyone who participates on the course. And we love to hear that people find the training informative and interesting. #WorkplaceSafespace#WellbeingAtWork
