Hey everybody! I got to guest write for this! I got to design a bunch of stuff for this book, including the following:
4 Monsters 🧌
8 Feats 💪
20 Spells ✨
30 Magic Items💎
Working for the 7th Era was an amazing opportunity! Please support Twin Drums and The Wagadu Chronicles!
This project was a blast to work on and I'm so happy I got to be part of it!
I loved designing these magic items! I hope players and GMs alike enjoy using them in their campaigns and the wonderful world of Wagadu! 😁

But the possibilities are truly endless. Though Ebonnar's mechanics are still a work in progress, Your Character In Ebonnar attempts to unleash players' imaginations by giving them the power to create their own unique character.
There are many ancestries in Ebonnar. Traveler's Guide and Nomad's Guide offer several quick start options for new characters. But quick start options are just that. Grab-and-go stats. However there is a more in depth option for character generation: Your Character In Ebonnar.🧵
Examples given in the book include characters with combined draconic and jinnati ancestries, wherein the character gains the elemental magics, affinities and breath weapons of both sides of their family. Other examples include orcish, elven, goblin and anakim ancestries.
Current Ebonnar books have yet to display the full tapestry of the setting's diversity. There are many cultures and people groups yet to come in future expansions, which will make the world of Ebonnar an even more exciting place!
The lands of Ebonnar are extremely diverse. The continent and her surrounding regions contain no less than 27 ancestries with 25 variants across 38 different cultures. That means lots of options for unique character building! And that is entirely by design. 🧵
Ancestries are not static either. Multiethnic people are common throughout this world. Ebonnar's character generation encourages players to build characters with unique combinations of heritage.
And if you do find yourself facing these horrors in Ebonnar, then know that you will triumph over them. There is evil in this world, and it must be defeated. Go forth adventurers, and make this world a better place for everyone.
Fantasy is a form of escapism. Therefore when entering a new world it is reasonable to want to escape many real world problems. But sometimes fantasy can be about facing those problems, and defeating them. 🧵
GM's, if you choose to employ either of these flaws in your games, I beg you: clear it with your players first. And players, I entreat you to ensure your table is comfortable with handling these subjects before you include them in your character's personal background.
