Thank you @amazon and @AmazonHelp for ruining my holidays. I ordered an item and your agents asked me to buy prime if I want the order to be delivered in 24 hours. Since I was in a hurry, I believed them only to later find out that it will be delivered after 5 days. Shame on you!
