There is something deeply wrong with our culture that mass shooting has been accepted. Can we ask the question did the shooter feel a sense of belonging anywhere?

Does anyone think the individuals who do the mass shooting feels a sense of belonging anywhere? When are we going to ask this deeper question - what is going on in our culture, that we are producing mass shooters? These individuals are broken inside, how did they get that way?
There are no laws, policies or technology that can remove unconscious biases all people have. Individuals must do it. Here's a poem to help - Are you greater than the sun/that shines on everyone: Black, Brown, Yellow, Red and White/ the sun does not discriminate (c)1985 Sara Ting

@npratc Whatever makes the Sun shines
That’s what will keep me moving forward
What ever makes the ocean embrace the shoreline
That’s what will heal my soul
And whatever makes the birds sing
That’s what will put joy in my heart!
