Really love this from Julian Champagnie.
Champagnie, who is about to break Spurs record for threes in a single playoffs, got to the league the long way. Upstart AAU program. St. John’s before Coach Pitino. Undrafted. G League. Cut. Rinse. Repeat.
And you can tell he hasn't forgotten that journey, or the kid he was when the process started.
Grateful the league is filled with so many guys who appreciate fans, especially the kids, and understand that at the end of the day, it's so easy for a pro athlete to make someone's day or even change a life.
1.) Making NY catch the ball farther out
2.) Castle picking up Brunson full court
3.) Blitzing Brunson’s ball screens
4.) Intentionally fouling the worst FT shooter in the league
Up by 9 after one.
People don’t realize how important coaching is in the NBA.
NEWS: 4⭐️ Jalen Brown has committed to Wisconsin, he told @Rivals. The 6-4 shooting guard and Milwaukee native is ranked as the No. 66 overall recruit in the 2027 class.

A little over a week ago I made a daily NBA game called Starting 5.
Every day you get a random team from NBA history and you have to remember it’s 5 starters.
You get 5 guesses.
First one’s blind, then you unlock hints as you go. A perfect score is 1000.
Over 4,500 people have played so far which is wild to me.
If you grew up watching this league you’ll get way too into it.
Have you tried it yet?
Working on some new features soon like “play yesterday’s puzzle” and a hard mode.
@gavinmchughh Scott Foster is 6’0 while the other two are 7’0+ and looking for any slight advantage they can get. They’d be redoing the jump ball all night if they nitpicked the first play of the game.
