@GMB @KatyRickittITV I fully support rail and royal mail strikes too. Same reasoning. Their jobs are already difficult due to underfunding, bosses are trying to change their terms for the worse and the service is already ineffective. We know strike dates and like me...PLAN around them. #crimboplansπ
@GMB @KatyRickittITV It's very simple. Talk to any nurse on any ward and ask them how many times they have had to email bosses to tell them their ward is dangerous for patients because it is under staffed. They have to strike because they can't stand by and allow it to happen anymore. #peoplearedying

@GMB Teachers mark the work that is in front of them as professionals. We don't have time or the need to mark pupils down because of a personality clash etc. We want and need our pupils to do well regardless. We have vigorous standardisation processes so this doesn't happen. π
@curryspcworld I would like you to DM me please about why I have to wait a possible 2 wks to receive an item I have purchased in good faith. It is not the customer's fault that someone has packed the incorrect item or has potentially swapped it with a lower priced one. π‘π

@thismorning Who would want that man to live with them. Likes the sound of his own voice, arrogant, ignorant and egotistical. Rude... Fact over opinion won in that debate. BTW I'm not obese but I would be greatly offended by that man if I was. After a new TV show. So 2000s. π
Fascinating disconnect between people's perceptions of the UK from inside and outside. Inside, the coverage is mostly serious but calm. And yet anyone I know following coverage of the UK from outside is frightened and outraged by what has happened.
Seriously, open your eyes people. Our government completely messed this up. Hold them to account. Even after the virus has gone the mental, emotional and financial effects on our people need to be addressed and supported. We can not just bounce back like Boris keeps suggesting.
