idk if im having like reverse body dysmorphia cuz why do my hip bones look/feel more visible than 3 weeks ago (when i locked in) I wish I started sooner😭😭school almost here
@griffithkisser my friends dragged me out and they wouldn’t sit down so we were constantly walking for hours and hours at a fast pace 😭😭do not recommend. It hurts😭😭😭my muscles have gone stiff and I have blisters
I’ll be honest I never really cared abt being fat until I got a double chin + very big stretch marks. Stretch marks are such an eyesore + they’re permanent + appear in the most visible places
@anythingskinny honestly my strategy is like only eating around 500-900 calories a day (max is 1.2k cals)and atleast doing a brisk walk
I struggle w motivation a lot so I just pace around my room sometimes #nowalkingpad#broke
