I think one of the scariest things you can realize as an adult is that some people don’t actually love you they love what you do for them.

And the moment you stop being useful, you get introduced to the person they really are.

At this point, people scare me more than ghosts, darkness, or failure ever could.

We’ve gotten so good at consuming each other while calling it love, friendship, family, loyalty, and teamwork.
