Swordplay Jonathan. The one Vietnam vet who exclusively wielded melee weaponry. Thing is? He didn’t fight for either side. He was a rogue, a vagrant (noticing the blood on my floss) fuck. (Spitting in the sink) fucking fuck
She wraps her arms around me: You’re hurt!
Me: It’s another episode. Go! GET OUT OF HERE!
She grips my heaving body tighter: Not this time! Tell me more about swordplay Jonathan
I croak through labored breath: Yes.. he… he was. He was a vagrant
ICE shot and killed a woman in Minneapolis today while she was trying to drive away from them. Her killer must be held accountable and brought to justice. We need this rogue agency out of our neighborhoods. Abolish ICE now.
Grinch: I would like to buy a dog
Pet store employee: ok are you a guy?
Grinch: No. I am some sort of gorilla
Pet store employee: That is fine.
Grinch: A green gorilla
Employee: Doesn’t matter
@alright_joe Portland ME is probably more affected by movement of people from HCOL/High Income areas to a LCOL small city as a factor in the housing market than, say, Brooklyn where demand has been more consistent but zoning and development is more of a factor
@alright_joe Yeah, that is def happening in competitive markets. Increase in affordable supply is the most direct way to address demand, but there isn't as much incentive to produce this housing if it has lower ROI for developers
