Todo el que me conoce sabe que no soy ateo, que soy creyente en Dios y que he proceso el evangelio como parte de mi existencia, sin embargo, la biblia dice en 1ra de Corintios 14:40, "hágase todo en orden."

Tomando ese texto como base el texto de 1ra de Corintios 14:40 al marco legal dominicano que regula el ruido, incluyendo leyes medioambientales, municipales y generales:

El principio de "todo se haga decentemente y con orden" (1 Corintios 14:40) debe interpretarse a la luz de las leyes dominicanas que protegen el medio ambiente y la convivencia ciudadana.

En la República Dominicana, la Ley 64-00 General de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales establece que la contaminación sónica es una forma de degradación ambiental que debe ser prevenida y controlada.

Además, la Ley 287-04 sobre Prevención, Supresión y Limitación de Ruidos Nocivos y Molestos prohíbe la producción de ruidos que perturben la tranquilidad pública, especialmente en zonas urbanas.

Por lo tanto, cualquier actividad, sea religiosa o no, que genere niveles de ruido que excedan los límites legales, está violando estas leyes.

En consecuencia, un pastor, ministro o iglesia protestante no puede ignorar las leyes medioambientales y municipales argumentando libertad de culto.

El derecho a la libertad religiosa no es absoluto y debe ejercerse de manera responsable, respetando los derechos de los demás y cumpliendo con las leyes que protegen el medio ambiente y la convivencia pacífica.

La contaminación sónica no solo afecta la salud y el bienestar de las personas, sino que también contribuye a la degradación del medio ambiente. Por lo tanto, es responsabilidad de todos, incluyendo las instituciones religiosas, contribuir a la creación de un ambiente sano y armonioso, respetando los límites legales establecidos para la emisión de ruido.
