Greg - two suggestions to get verified frachisees

1) reach out to companies like AAFD - they help run and organize franchise associations. They might be interested in collecting the data from the organizations they help run in conjunction with you.

2) just do internet search for franchise owners association or look in FDD’s to see if associations exist. Then reach out to the board. If you would share the data back to each independent association it would give them a benchmark.

Why wouldn’t you just say no taxes on anyone under 150k., 5k refund if less than 50k if you have a child and are working full time. Then as a parent you can stay home and watch/teach your kids. Keep business out of paying people for leave. Make less people involved in decisions and regulations.

@TRUmav My one modification would be - let me sell my share on significant events (family giving shares to kids, change in lead partner, etc). This is essential when you are a minority shareholder that you can force a redemption by some pre arranged calculation.
