@gotymebankza GoTymeBank blocked my account for 28 days over an unverified SIM swap claim. Telkom confirmed it couldn't have happened — stores closed at that time, ID + biometrics required. No reference number given despite repeated requests.My7questions unaddressed.Bad bank

@AfricanBank Public Notice.waiting since 4 Aug with zero resolution -email, WhatsApp x3, calls, all unanswered. Also queried possible strange reply with your fraud line - no answer there either. Fix by 16:00 today or I close my account, no further fees expected.

@AfricanBank Visited Swellendam branch — found it closed, no notice reached me. Since: email=auto-reply only, 3 WhatsApp msgs (4 Aug, 9 Sep, 10 Sep)=no response, calls incl. at opening 08:02 today=unanswered. Nearest branch now 300km+ away. Please resolve.
