Author Matthew Rozell, who wrote, A Train Near Magdeburg & The Things Our Fathers Saw, is sharing his story of how he assigned a project in his US History class that eventually changed his life and this book that helped reunite Holocaust survivors with their liberators.

Bahia Shehab, a prof @ The American University in Cairo, visited our IB seniors & discussed her TEDtalk on the Arab Spring in 2011. She is an artist, historian, author, and graphic designer. Her talk revealed how art is a pwrful form of expression & community connection @IB_DP

@WPHS_OCPS 2002 alumnus Prabhu Balasubramanian taught a lesson to four TOK classes on product design on Friday, 10/21. Students were given a choice of tasks to complete based on the presentation. Gr8 example of IB learning and an amazing experience for our students.

Last week @WPHS_OCPS IB students heard from 2002 Winter Park IB Alum, Prabhu Balasubramanian, 2012 Jeopardy Champion. Focus of the assembly was "There and Back Again, An IBer's Tale" What an incredible experience...and Prabhu spent 40 minutes on Q&A with the IB kids. TY!
