@Hertz @Hertz acts as though we are CHOOSING to upgrade when the fact is that @Hertz is FORCING the choice by overbooking. This is a sleight of hand, poor business practice, and extremely inappropriate and unethical.

@Hertz If you do not show, they can charge you, but if they cannot fulfill a reservation, there is no recourse but to "upgrade" and @Hertz will not waive the fee like a good business.
