@kfairris Hey @kfairris it does seem ironic however those guys stole our money and refuse to refund it whereas we've had some staff issues and were unable to respond as quickly as normal. Our support team got back yesterday so they are working through a backlog, you'll get a reply today.

We signed up to @ntuitivesocial ages ago to test it out in beta, and then got no notification that we were getting charged for months, zero emails or receipts. Now they won't give us a refund even though we never used it. This is just wrong
