Agree in principle but it becomes a nonsense if your entire league is setup so only an elite few CAN win it. Stop the PSR garbage that makes the EPL anti-competitive, THEN implement the change on who qualifies. Nobody wants just City, Liverpool, Arsenal in the comp every year
