[Will Polston @wpolston11]

I am officially a first generation college graduate.

[Will Polston @wpolston11]

Extend him. Blank check.

[St. Louis Cardinals @Cardinals]

MAJOR LEAGUE HISTORY!!

THREE homers for Joshua Báez in his MLB debut!

[Will Polston @wpolston11]

@Cardinals Gorman would’ve swung and missed

[Will Polston @wpolston11]

Chaim sending VS2 AND Gorman within a week of each other?

This is what we needed.

Show us you want the best for the team and you should keep fighting if you’re competing.

Excited to see Blaze, and kinda feels good being a Cards fan again.

Mo would never.

[STL Sports Central @STLSprtsCntrl]

The #STLCards are promoting infielder Blaze Jordan and optioning Nolan Gorman to AAA, per @dgoold

Additionally, they sent RHP Hunter Dobbins to Memphis and recalled RHP Chris Roycroft

2026 has been rough for Gorman, to say the least. He is slashing .194/.279/.318 (.598 OPS) on the season

Since May 20th, he has a 49% strikeout rate and a .265 OPS

Jordan is slashing .313/.373/.548 (.921 OPS) in AAA this year

[Will Polston @wpolston11]

@OldTakesExposed got myself

[Will Polston @wpolston11]

What a fun way to end the season. God the Bears really are still a joke, huh? Some things never change. Thanks for disappointing me again, Chicago.

[Will Polston @wpolston11]

@jeremiahtkoger @BayAreaExaminer Stay at USF for all 4 with that average and you’ll be the programs leading receiver. With some good QB play, I think you could do it in 2. Hope to see you back next year 16!

[Will Polston @wpolston11]

@ScottBrown3f3z I should specify in my lifetime. I’m only 27 lol.

[Will Polston @wpolston11]

#IDontWantToOverreactBUT us Bears fans have NEVER seen a more balanced team in Chicago. For once, I believe the offense can score when we need it and the defense can stop teams late in games. The NFC doesn’t want to see Ben Johnson & the boys get hot now! BEAR DAHN! 🐻⬇️

[Will Polston @wpolston11]

So instead of taking the 24 yarder in the 3rd to go back up 2 scores, we leave it to Nico to hit from 52 with the game on the line…

You take the points earlier, that could’ve been a GW attempt.

This is really how are playoff hopes get tanked?

Disappointing. #USF

[Will Polston @wpolston11]

Not kicking a field goal when you could go up two scores and have a Grammatica feels criminal.

[Will Polston @wpolston11]

What is Golesh thinking? That was absurd.

[Barstool USF @Barstool_USF]

Very much disagree with the call to go for it there. Memphis gets the ball back with a chance to tie it.

[Will Polston @wpolston11]

@ChicagoBears All these numbers are first half or three quarter numbers.., how about 164 or -1

"This ain't the same old South Florida, my brother."

USF coach Alex Golesh pays homage to Amir Abdur-Rahim after upsetting No. 13 Florida in the Swamp ❤️

[Will Polston @wpolston11]

Imagine being the guy that spits on a player to give your opponent 15 free yards on their game-winning drive.

In your home stadium.

To lose to the ones you were 18 point favorites against.

To potentially knock your team out of the Top 25.

Oh, how victory is amazing.

Images that precede unfortunate events

[Will Polston @wpolston11]

@Cardinals Where was the left fielder? 😂

[Will Polston @wpolston11]

@theredbird_way Bring back Saggese, put Donny in Left, move Lars to RF

[Will Polston @wpolston11]

Pope Austin 3:16 would’ve been a great name for the first American pope.

[Vatican News @VaticanNews]

Habemus Papam! We have a Pope!

The Cardinals gathered in the Vatican’s Sistine Chapel have elected Cardinal Robert Francis Prevost as the 267th Pope, who took the name Pope Leo XIV.

[Will Polston @wpolston11]

@itsmebobandy @LO_Cardinals I respect the unwavering support for Mikolas. As fans, we should probably do so for anyone who wears the uniform.

I just can’t do it anymore.

We don’t dish out the big contracts, we don’t go for the big names. Our office is ok with mediocrity and fans are just over it.

[Will Polston @wpolston11]

@itsmebobandy @LO_Cardinals This is enough to tell you why you shouldn’t see a Mikolas start. A rough season last year is one thing, but when he hasn’t necessarily been a good pitcher since the pandemic, that’s another. A solid 2022, great 2018 and a whole bunch of innings with no substance since.
