Steps (1 cycle):
1. After 11 PM before 11 AM in the middle of the day, sit with comfort and face the direction East. After 11 AM before 11 PM, sit with comfort and face the direction South.
2. Knock teeth gently and slowly 36 times.
3. Wave the tongue slowly 200 times and swallow the saliva slowly as well.
4. Wait for 10 seconds.
5. Start by inhaling slowly and exhaling silently 呵 (Her) for 6 times.
6. Then inhale slowly and exhale呼 (Hu) silently for 6 times
7. Inhale slowly and exhale 噓 (She) silently 6 times
8. Inhale slowly and exhale 吸 (Si) silently 6 times
9. Inhale slowly and exhale 斯 (Hiss) silently 6 times
10. Inhale slowly and exhale 吹 (Chun) silently 6 times
11. Step 5 to 10 is a cycle.
12. After the practice in the morning, walk for 30 minutes outside. At night, practice it and rest in bed without thinking about anything.
13. Older-age People can practice this while younger or stronger people can practice this technique after or before any sports.
Attention:
1. Inhaling should be taken longer than exhaling.
2. Speak these 6 words at a volume as low as possible, almost no sound.
3. The video has sound volume because I have to show you.
4. Practice 3 cycles on daily basis.
5. People with serious diseases can practice as many cycles as they wish.
6. Disease like Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, patient on bed can practice this.
7. If the weather is bad (such as rain or thunder), avoid opening the mouth when practicing.
8. Choose a place with fresh air. Avoid inhaling air from a fan or polluted air.
9. During the interval of practicing professional training such jogging or tennies, apply this 6 word technique will enhance the performance.
10. Relax and silent are keys to practice it.
Rationale:
All 6 words should be spoken silently. People should not hear his/her own voice when speaking these words. If he/she hears her own sound, the volume of the speaking should be lowered until he/she only feels rather than hears. When we speak these words silently, we are actually vibrating our inside body. These words affect the body in different ways. If they are spoken loudly or heard, it will decrease our body’s energy. So, speaking these words silently is very important.

吸 (Si) – Gallbladder
斯 (Hiss) – Lung
吹 (Chun) – Kidney
How about other organs? According to ancient Chinese Medicine Theory, all organs will affect each other. If we can take care of the six organs mentioned in above, all the rest organs will be fine. This is the basic. Try this for 40 days.
