Anyone else barely using twitter (I refuse to call it X) anymore? We don't have threads in Sweden, so don't know what the best alt. might be atm. Mastodon is too distributed/fractured for me.

Had high hopes for my @swrve jeans. Well, it took a bit more than a year, but I managed to wear down the stitching in the crotch area (too much walking and biking I guess). At least the fabric itself (though worn) is still holding. Hope my indigo pair holds up better.

@JorandyYT I don't do yoga. I guess work up to it by doing only legs or arms? I find hollow body positions far better for the core (maybe not as much for the twisting muscles, ie obliques etc).

I think I need one week off for skiing more often. Went to do my usual pullup warmup, and managed to do a muscle up wamup instead...
