Today is the first day of Ramadan 🌙
And I write these words and my heart is burdened...
Honestly, I need help for instinct,
The conditions are difficult for this period, and I can't provide breakfast today as I want.
I do not ask except from what our Lord has extended to him,
Who can help with any small amount or food, even if it's a little,
I swear it makes a big difference to me these days.
Ramadan is the month of mercy,
And who helps me today, may God reward him many times and make it in the balance of his good deeds 🤲
Who wants to help me contact me privately,
May God not embarrass anyone and does not need anyone 🌙

As the blessed month of Ramadan, the month of mercy and giving, approaches, we hope to be able to provide our family with the most basic necessities of food and drink during the fasting days. Like any family, we fast from dawn until sunset, more than 14 hours of abstaining from food and drink. But the hardest part is when it's time to break the fast and there's nothing on the table. Your donation – no matter how small – makes a difference to us and will help provide for our family and bring joy during this holy month. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever provides food for a fasting person to break their fast will have a reward like theirs."

I am exhausted to the point of breaking, carrying a weight beyond my strength, and I go through my days as if I am breathing in the fatigue itself. Life is cruel, closing in on me from all sides, leaving me to fight alone without rest or support.

A brief, painful truth:
I wait for a workday not out of longing, but as an escape.
I flee my tent, flee the night’s question: What will this weather system do to us?
How will we shield our children from a cold that bites, from rain that seeps in from every side like an enemy who knows the way?
I escape to Al-Shifa Hospital, to my job, seeking refuge from the rain—only to collide with a reality even harsher.
There is an open ward where the temperature nearly reaches zero.
Faltering electricity. No heating. No mercy.
Working there feels closer to forced labor, as if we are trapped in endless corridors of punishment.
My God—what has become of us?
How did doing our duty turn into a battle against cold, hunger, and brokenness?
And how did resilience become a crime punished by ice?
We are not asking for the impossible.
We ask for warmth that protects children, electricity that keeps patients alive, and a hand that reaches out to say: You are not alone.
If there is room in your hearts for humanity, then help.
Donate what you can—winter clothes, urgent support, a word that revives hope.
Perhaps your warmth today will save a life tonight.

This is not just a photo.
This is a face from Gaza, standing before a place that was meant to heal.
We are still here.
And Gaza still needs those who can reach out… quietly.
If you can ease the pain in any way, do it… even a little.

Last night was not ordinary.
I was providing emergency care to a child named Malik, after a column from his house collapsed on him. A house weakened by rain, shattered by bombardment—its only crime was existing in Gaza. Malik’s condition was extremely unstable… yet the deepest pain was not only in his body.
Standing beside him was his uncle, a man in his thirties. Strangely silent. His eyes were fixed on nothing, his body present while his soul was far away. At first, I thought his fear was only for Malik—and that would have been enough—but there was something deeper in his gaze.
I asked him,
“What are you thinking about?”
He didn’t answer.
He broke down.
Sudden, heavy crying—as if it had been trapped inside him for a long time. Through his tears, he said:
“My son is sick too… I am displaced in southern Gaza. I borrowed money just to come and see Malik, and I brought my son with me hoping to have him examined at the hospital. I thought I could kill two birds with one stone… but the doctors told me the outpatient clinic is not today. I have to come back later this week.”
He paused, then added softly:
“Now I’m in debt… I managed to help one child, and left the other in pain.”
At that moment, I was no longer a medic.
I was only a human being—
unable to stop a tear that betrayed me, unable to hold myself together.
The hospital is in northern Gaza.
He is displaced in the south.
And between north and south stand poverty, destruction, and war—like a wall crushing fathers before it crushes children.
In Gaza, it is not only bodies that are broken.
Hearts are shattered in silence…
and left to bleed without rescue.

We will never stop serving our soul, conscience, and humanity, for we are bearers of a noble mission. Therefore, we hope you will continue to support and help us always.

As long as humanity breathes, hope endures.
We embody it each day—easing wounds, comforting the sick with hearts worn by duty.
And yet… we still need a hand to lift us,
for even the light cannot pierce the darkness alone.

After a 24-hour shift at Al-Shifa Hospital with no sleep, I send my love to everyone who stands with Gaza.
Your support keeps us going.
If you wish to help me and my family during these hard days, any contribution—big or small—truly makes a difference.
🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

As I try desperately to raise funds for my family, I’m met with painful silence…
As if my words go unread, and my cries unheard.
If this tweet reaches you… please, don’t ignore it. We need you 💔😢

Truly, if anyone donates ten dollars, it won't diminish their wealth at all. What do you think will not make you poor? Rather, God will increase your wealth from sources you never imagined. Ten dollars can save lives. Please donate for us.🇵🇸

My brother/sister, do you have a small amount of money that you don't need these days? Please send it to us; we need it. May God reward you, and thank you very much.
