Since both runners occupied the base, the trailing runner is no longer protected by being on the base. He was out as soon as he was tagged. Then the lead runner stepped off and was tagged for out #2.

@TheTunnel_Texas @SECUnfiltered That's not framing. Framing isn't yanking your mitt 12 inches back into the zone after catching a ball. As an umpire I will tell catchers not to do this because he's telling everyone in the ball park "I didn't think it was a strike so I brought it back to the zone".
