It’s a busy time on the farm! All the potatoes are in, almost all of the carrots, finishing up some pruning, some plants in the greenhouse, getting irrigation going and once the limestone arrives, the rest of the strawberry plants will go in the ground. #wrightsnl
Farm challenges! That brown dot in the middle is a bull moose that has been in and out of the farm today He’s munching on strawberry plants that would bloom soon to give you berries this summer. Unfortunately he got your snack! Wildlife officers are on their way back to assist.
We’re out doing some soil sampling for Earth Day today. 🌏 The lab will help us find out exactly what is needed for the crop that we’ll grow on each field this year. #nlwrights
