@bigjebpiggy13 @YipStrickler It’s cheating others in a net event to not post. I will say his handicap scores look rather managed as the baribility is pretty tight. USGA needs to open source the entire handicap dataset for the public. The public can run better analysis to determine manipulation.

@bigjebpiggy13 @YipStrickler You absolutely post this. A guy like that is probably playing at least 40 rounds a year, which is 2 full handicap card rotations. It’s the best 8 average differential of last 20 rounds. Even with a hard cap move he should get back to non exceptional average in a year
