Very disappointed with the customer service levels provided by @premierinn Not only did the St.Pancras hotel not answer their phones for 2 days consistently, when I reached out for support I was initially replied to, then ignored for a further 3 days. #PoorCustomerService

@premierinn Just an FYI your phones on reception are not working at London St. Pancras. Been trying to call the number listed on your site relentlessly for 2 days without a reply. Lenny Henry can’t be impressed to be associated with this level of customer service. #TheWorst
