Hon’ble Minister for Industries Thiru. @TRBRajaa inaugurated Roche India’s first Customer Experience Centre today in Chennai. This centre will bolster the efforts of Honourable @CMOTamilNadu Thiru. @MKStalin to bring more pharmaceutical, healthcare and medtech investments into the state.

Thanks to this facility, doctors and other healthcare stakeholders will be able to visualize disease pathways, drug-action in the human body, and co-create better solutions leading to better patient outcomes.

“When I visited Roche’s Genentech Customer Experience Centre during my recent US trip, I told their senior leadership that Chennai, with its skilled workforce and unmatched superiority in healthcare globally, will be the apt choice for their first such centre in India. I am happy that they too have recognised the incredible digital technology ecosystem and talent potential within Tamil Nadu, and chose Chennai.

I am hopeful that this center will help healthcare professionals develop greater understanding of advanced, innovative treatment options, enabling them to deliver better healthcare to people,” the minister said.
