@USAndMumbai with the new portal kicking in, we are aware of the high volume of calls you'll have on a daily basis but it is so ridiculous to get through the call(which itself is an achievement) wait on hold for hours and yet nobody to respond.

@SamsungUS Most pathetic service ever! I have booked a Bespoke refrigerator since July 3rd and it is still not delivered!
The most amazing part, everytime I call up customer care, they would keep me on hold to investigate the issue, the call gets DC, I'm sure it's done deliberately!
