Same old practices of your customer support of marking the complaints resolved.

When netbanking is showing every time an error from 3 months, what other resolution can be to it, except it starts working, can your team please tell ???

It's been 30+ days, and Corporate NetBanking for Current Accounts is still not working.

Despite raising the issue via email 3 times, your team keeps replying that the issue has been "resolved" while the same error continues.

It's been over 3 months, almost 2 months from which am complaining to you, 15 days from the first tweet, when I can expect netbanking working.
My RM is saying from 3 months, it's a global issue with Indusind.
Is this the situation of a Nationalised Bank?!

दिल्ली में लगातार लापता हो रहे लोगों को लेकर अगर Delhi Police यह कहती है कि आंकड़ों में कोई spike नहीं हुआ है, तो क्या हमें डरना और सवाल करना बं�� कर देना चाहिए? Official records के मुताबिक 1 से 15 January 2026 के बीच Delhi से 807 लोग missing हुए हैं। इनमें 509 women and girls और 191 minor children शामिल हैं। अब तक करीब 235 लोगों को trace किया जा चुका है, लेकिन 572 लोग अभी भी untraced हैं। यानी हर दिन औसतन 54 लोग लापता हो रहे हैं, और बड़ी संख्या का अब तक कोई पता नहीं।

अगर बड़ी तस्वीर देखें तो चिंता और गहरी हो जाती है। पिछले 10 सालों में, 2016 से 2026 तक, Delhi में 2.32 लाख से ज्यादा लोग लापता रिपोर्ट हुए हैं। इनमें से करीब 77 प्रतिशत को trace किया गया, लेकिन इसके बावजूद लगभ��� 52,000 लोग आज भी untraced हैं। ये वो लोग हैं जिनकी सालों से कोई खबर नहीं, जिनके परिवार आज भी इंतज़ार में हैं। इनमें महिलाओं, लड़कियों और बच्चों की संख्या सबसे ज़्यादा है, जो trafficking और दूसरे गंभीर खतरों की आशंका को और मजबूत कर���ी है।

हर साल औसतन 24,000 से ज्यादा नए cases दर्ज होते हैं, यानी हर महीने करीब 2,000 और हर दिन 65 से 70 लोग लापता। जब हर साल नए cases जुड़ते जा रहे हों और पुराने हजारों cases अब भी untraced हों, तो यह किसी एक महीने या एक spike की नहीं, बल्कि सालों से चली आ रही systemic failure की तस्वीर दिखाता है।

Police का कहना है कि ये numbers पिछले वर्षों के comparison में unusual नहीं हैं और January 2026 में कुल cases भी पिछले साल से कम हैं, लेकिन असली सवाल यही है कि अगर यह सब normal है, तो इत��े लोग अब तक क्यों नहीं मिले? Social media पर misleading claims और paid promotion की बहस अपनी जगह है, लेकिन इससे यह सच्चाई नहीं बदलती कि देश की capital में इतने बड़े scale पर लोगों का missing होना अपने आप में डराने वाली reality है। ये कोई normal news नहीं, बल्कि एक serious warning है।

807 का आंकड़ा छोटा नहीं है, चाहे spike हो या न हो��� और जब इसे 52,000 untraced cases और हर साल जुड़ते हज़ारों नए मामलों के साथ जोड़कर देखा जाए, तो यह साफ हो जाता है कि यह समस्या खत्म नहीं हो रही, बल्कि cumulative burden बनती जा रही है। ऐसे में इसे सिर्फ numbers कहकर टाल देना या normal बताना, उन परिवारों की पीड़ा को नज़रअंदाज़ करना है जो सालों से अपने अपनों का इंतज़ार कर रहे हैं।

सवाल उठाना इसलिए ज़रूरी है। बेहतर prevention, faster tracing, transparency और खासकर women और children की safety पर ठोस काम की जरूरत है। क्यों��ि लापता लोग सिर्फ आंकड़े नहीं होते, वे जिंदगियां होते हैं…और उन्हें normal कहकर भुलाया नहीं जा सकता।
