@G_y_tri That is because of shortage as a primary reason and 2nd they treat everyone in the same queue. There is no special queue for the rich. Everything is being measured on priority and urgency. You cannot compare a parameter between 2 regions just based on service time.

As per recent guidelines w.e.f. 14th Feb 2022 Indian authority doesn't require negative PCR for fully vaccinated passengers.

This is not updated in link for Travel requirements.

@nsgov These number is just a fraction of active cases among eligible groups being tested by PCR. Majority of population is relying on self assessment and its upto them to declare or report their positive results
