@ThreeCare@ThreeIreland Hi Deb, its not great but other friends are reporting the same thing who are with different networks. I'll see it out until I pop into a store :)
@VirginMediaIE What exactly is delaying the issue. Weather today obviously but Sunday? Monday? Tuesday? Does anyone know what they're doing apart from repeating lines that give no help?
@VirginMediaIE Well i was promised a refund when it was 24 hours so i better get the 72 hours plus refunded since I am receiving 0 service the last 4 days. The link says, since yesterday, "no fault in your area" there is a screenshot on the thread.
@VirginMediaIE You read they gave me the link but didn't read that it gave false info. Will this even be fixed this week? Just let me know when I can terminate the contract without penalty since this is Virgin Media at fault with extremely gross lack of service and knowledge.
@VirginMediaIE Hey as previously said that link is saying the area is prepared. So giving false information. This will be 72 hours without service. That is deplorable. What are your ts and cs when terminating a contract under the conditions of no service for over 72 hours?
@VirginMediaIE Good morning. There is a weather warning across the country, so please don't give false times today. If no one is fixing it today, which it is v dangerous weather today to be out in, come out and say it, and don't fob anyone off with unrealistic/innacurrate times. Thanks!
@VirginMediaIE Some residents in the area don't have Twitter so maybe email them? Tomorrow will be day 4.. is anyone even fixing it? I asked this already so I'm beginning to think the answer is no
@VirginMediaIE Can you update the people affected? Usually customers are notified of disruption of services. 48 hrs is incredibly ridiculous. Is it even being fixed?? You are providing 0 service to customers and not providing appropriate updates. Not professional.
@VirginMediaIE Hi Lindsey, what time has it been deffered to now? I can't go by the website checker since its incorrect. We looking at 48 hours without broadband?
